Our Experiences

From one day visits to multi-day experiences, we have something for everyone interested in meeting and learning about elephants in Northern Thailand.

Our wonderful group of 9 elephants all have unique personalities and are great fun to watch and be around. Find out more about each elephant here before you visit.
Our People

Whilst our elephants are our focus, nothing of course could happen without the dedication of our team of mahouts who live with the elephants. Read about our team here.
Are you an ethical elephant home?
We put our elephants at the forefront of everything we do, as you’d expect, and of course we don’t allow any riding. We do allow you to help the mahouts feed the elephants under their supervision and guidance and we do allow you to help the mahouts with the elephants daily bathe in the local river.
There are many strong emotions around elephants in Thailand and we recognise that people have different views and opinions. However, we have looked after our elephants as part of our family for many years and the health and welfare of our elephants is always our priority.
We a very strong relationship with the National Elephant veterinary organisation in neighbouring Lampang province who help us to ensure our elephants are in fine health and also with the nearby Chiang Mai University team
Where are you located?
We’re based just outside the small village of Sop Win which is in the Mae Wang district of Chiang Mai, around 50km South West of Chiang Mai city. We’re in the foothills of Doi Inthanon with beautiful mountains and forest all around.
